Today I experienced the best customer service by a phoenix auto repair shop and service consultant ever. I brought my 2000 Lexus GS300 in to ToyoMotors Auto Repair Phoenix for a check engine light. I realize these issues can be simple or very complicated, (aka expensive).  Mitch explained all the possibilities and was very informative. What I most appreciated was he did not make unrealistic promises as to expense or time involved. I was very informed as to what was happening when I left.  Mitch asked if I wanted to be texted with the progress. I agreed. I received a total of 4 texts during the service. This was very helpful because I was in a meeting and could not take calls but could review the text messages.

When my meeting concluded I called Mitch and he explained what was done. To my surprise the repair was very minor and then he asked me if I wanted the technician to take my car to the emission station to make sure it passed. I originally said no, thinking this would be another charge on my bill. To my delight he said it was part of the service and the only addition charge would be the emission fee I would have paid anyway. I was shocked!!  I would like to thank Mitch and commend your shop for going beyond my expectations. I will continue to use you in the future and you can be sure I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have a Subaru with over 100,000 miles on it. You guys really saved me when the Subaru Dealership screwed up my car, and tried to charge me $2,000.00 for a new A/C system. When I went to your Phoenix Auto Repair shop for a 2nd opinion, your professional technicians discovered a loose wire which was causing the entire problem. You also documented with pictures and in writing how the dealership did a shoddy job, so that I could go back to them for reimbursement. One year later I'm still fighting with the dealership, but I really appreciate what you did for me, and I'm a happy and loyal customer! I just brought my Subaru in for it's 100,000 mile check up, and enjoyed your fancy coffee machine, and never skipped a beat at work because of your free wi-fi!!!
